What we collect

If you email network@offlist.ink, telephone +44 7403 691543, or send an enquiry through this site, we receive the details you choose to give us — typically name, email address, organisation and the content of your message. We do not run advertising cookies on this website.

Why we use it

We use that information to respond to your enquiry and, if we work together, to deliver custom web application development. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering business correspondence, or the steps needed to enter a contract if you ask us to quote or to build software.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle the request and any follow-up, and then in line with ordinary business record-keeping if a project proceeds.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may use standard email and hosting providers to operate the studio. If you open your own mail client from the contact form, the message is sent under your own email account.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you may ask for a copy of personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or in some cases to delete it or restrict its use. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
