APPLICATIONS

F.01 · London

OFFLIST LIMITED builds custom web applications — multi-platform products held together by one architecture, one set of rules, and a stack that can grow.

Discuss a brief

02 · First impression

Your users need a web application that behaves as one product on every device they actually use.

Cross-platform by design, not by afterthought.

One stack. Several viewpoints. A coherent result.

Services

A.01

We design and build custom web applications around the work your organisation actually does — workflows, permissions, data and the screens that have to carry them.

All services

We design and build custom web applications around the work your organisation actually does — workflows, permissions, data and the screens that have to carry them.

Cross-platform web development so the same product remains coherent in the browser, on phones, and on the desktops your teams already work from.

Full-stack web development: interface, API, data and deployment treated as one system, so behaviour stays consistent from the first tap to the last record.

Responsive web applications that remain usable as viewports, input methods and network conditions change — without maintaining a separate product for each.

Cloud-based web apps hosted to be available, observable and cheaper to evolve than software trapped on a single machine.

Scalable web solutions structured for more users, more data and more features — without disguising a rewrite as a launch.

All services

The useful view is the one where users, platforms and architecture occupy the same frame.

06 · STATE A / STATE B

One product across surfaces

Requirement

People need the same web application on phones, tablets and desktops, without learning a different system on each.

Outcome

A responsive, multi-platform web app with one set of rules, one data model, and layouts that recompose rather than break.

Channels without fragmentation

Question

How do we ship one product when work already happens across several devices and browsers?

Resolution

Cross-platform web development with a shared core — not a new codebase every time the viewport changes.

F.06C

Operational software, purpose-built

Challenge

Daily work trapped between spreadsheets, inboxes and tools that were never designed to meet.

Built result

Custom web software that carries the operational flow in one place — permissions, records and the screens staff actually use.

A/B

Structure that can take load

Before

Software that works for a small team and then becomes expensive the moment demand, data or features increase.

Reframed

Cloud-based, scalable web solutions planned for change — hosting, data and interfaces that can be extended rather than replaced.

07 · Viewpoint

We do not start from a screen. We start from the work the application has to carry — then we place it on the platforms it must live on.

Working depth

08 · Surface

Brief

What the web application must do, who it is for, and which constraints are already non-negotiable.

Interpret

Platforms

Devices, browsers, users and integrations mapped before a single interface is treated as the product.

Separate

Structure

Core flows isolated from noise: the records, permissions and journeys that have to remain stable.

Develop

Build

Full-stack construction — interface, API, data and deployment — as one piece of custom web software.

Refine

Behaviour

Responsive layouts, performance and the awkward edges: empty states, permissions, slow networks.

Resolve

Handover

A cloud-based application that can be run, extended and understood — not a demonstration that only works in the room it was built in.

10 · Company in perspective

OFFLIST LIMITED is a web development company based in London. We build custom web applications for organisations that need software to work as one product across devices, teams and the cloud.

The studio’s work sits in full-stack delivery: responsive interfaces, the services behind them, and the architecture that keeps both coherent as usage grows. We are not a product reseller. We write custom web software against a brief.

From 5 Brayford Square we work with United Kingdom clients who need multi-platform web apps without maintaining a separate system for every screen.

Applications that remain the same product whether opened on a phone, a tablet or a desktop.

S.05
Full-stack web development

Interface, API, data and infrastructure delivered as a single engineering effort.

Scalable web solutions

Architectures that can accept more users, more records and more features without a ground-up rebuild.

S.07
Responsive web applications

Layouts and interactions that recompose cleanly as the viewport and input method change.
